3 steps to become optimistic

The editor of AskMen, Elysha Krupp, suggests three steps to becoming more optimistic in our daily lives. According to Krupp, a recent study shows that at least half of our thoughts (about 25,000 a day) are negative, which could explain why so many of us struggle with positive thinking. Fortunately, the editor offers ways to change our pessimistic thoughts in the clip below.
