affirm yourself in a guided self-acceptance meditation

Oftentimes, there is an invisible tape that loops negative thoughts in our subconscious mind. When we gain self-awareness, we are able to notice this internal monologue playing continuously in our minds but the negative messages are extremely difficult to stop when making substantive changes in our lives. Fortunately, with today’s technology, there are plenty of videos available to help us alter our subconscious mind so that we are more aligned to love and peace.
