What is your course of action when you wake up? What do you do right before you go to bed? How you start your day is usually how you will move through your 24 hours.     Good reminder. I’ve seen this episode twice, with the second time just occurring 2 weeks ago. I love the idea of starting the day with tea – and being really present to it. Sadly, I rarely do that. There’s always more room for growth, isn’t there?

      Always. 🙂 I always think of a nice slow morning routine but I am so tired to do that. lol One day, I’ll master a morning rttual.
